Exchanges and Returns

 

 

Our products are curated and crafted taking quality and comfort into consideration with every product we release. We stand by the design and craftsmanship, and we will offer a limited warrant to any product purchased.

If your product arrives with a defect within 2 weeks or arrival, we will exchange it for a functional one at no extra cost.

Returns can be made for certain circumstances. Please email us info@domumfurniture.ca with subject line "RETURN" should you wish to return your Domum product. For returns, pick up or drop off must be arranged.
